I have been the Deputy Director for Education at ArtsConnection in New York City since 1998 where I oversee the development and administration of all programs, including five multi-year research projects funded by the US Department of Education since 2001. These inquiries into the nature of teaching and learning in dance and theater, and its influence on second language acquisition in ELLs reflect my life-long interest in multi-disciplinary learning and communication across disciplines.
