ABOUT CAROL MONK

As a strategic business partner for the SMB Services organization, I am thrilled to drive enablement and training initiatives that empower employees to succeed! My passion lies in collaborating cross-functionally with global teams to curate and deliver just-in-time learning materials—be it product launches, processes, methodologies, or human skills. I always aim to inject a sense of fun and engagement into every training session! Having started my journey at SAP Concur in the Implementation team, I am honored to now enable and train the very organization that nurtured my growth. My mission is to help others learn, grow, and thrive—not just for our customers\' benefit but for their personal and professional development as well. Past Role (Pre-Oct 2021): As a Senior Implementation Project Manager for SAP Concur\'s Expense product, I balanced multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while building exceptional client relationships. Internally, I cherished my role as a mentor and go-to resource for colleagues. I have an excellent rapport with employees at all levels because, simply put—I love people.
