About Carol Lee

My mission is to help my stakeholders deliver impactful business outcomes on the Company’s highest priority with integrity without compromise. To do this, I demonstrate empathy and lead with inquiry to listen to my stakeholders\' concerns and challenges and bring innovative solutions through collaborative partnership and trust. Currently, I serve as Head of Compliance Assurance at Intuit, and volunteer at the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA), San Jose chapter as the VP, Member Engagement with a mission to share knowledge and best practices to our members while increasing member and volunteer engagement with the chapter. Words that describe me include: Strategic, Leader, Inspirational, Collaborative, Inclusive and Results Driven During the pandemic new skills/hobbies I picked up include cooking, rubik’s cubing, sudoku and home improvement projects.I am certified as a CISA and hold a bachelors from University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in business economics and minor in accounting.
