The Orange County Community Foundation connects donors with the charitable organizations they care about most and works with local nonprofits to address the most pressing needs in our community.The Donor and Community Engagement department is responsible for ensuring that the Orange County Community Foundation (OCCF) is the leading resource on philanthropy in Orange County by working with our donor-advisors to help them fulfill their philanthropic objectives in a strategic and effective manner as well as to lead community initiatives in partnership with donors and nonprofits to address the most pressing challenges in Orange County.The Senior Director of Donor & Community Engagement manages a team of three and is responsible for a variety of community projects for the foundation including our Veterans Initiative, the Orange County Nonprofit Central database and our cause specific giving days for local nonprofits working together to solve issue in Orange County. The Director also managers portfolio of high wealth donors and provides first class services to help them give effective and enduring gifts to charitable organizations in Orange County, across the U.S. and around the world.
