I founded my culinary consulting and publishing firm, Savory Palate, LLC. in 1995. I had been gluten-free since 1988 and converted my own recipes to be gluten-free and then realized that these recipes could help others, so I wrote my first cookbook, Wheat-Free Recipes & Menus-followed by 13 others (#14 -Gluten-Free Cooking for Two: 125 Favorites, publishes in April, 2017.). My mission is to help people their favorite foods, regardless of their special diet needs.
