Carol has a combined role supporting CBRE Syngenta Account Leadership and is part of the Syngenta GFM client organisation delivering the analytics and data requirements for Syngenta. Through this role she provided insight and data quality improvements within the account to drive efficiencies, simplification and outputs. The client deliverables require Carol to act as the client representative between the Global Facilities Management team and their own internal business, to drive data quality improvements, processes, analytical dashboards and delivering transformation programs. This included internal business cases and global portfolio accessibility analysis, for 306 locations of mixed use,(from R&D and agricultural growing locations, as well as commercial offices), in order to assess compliance and future needs.As part of the GFM data quality drive, Carol data cleansed and updated Syngenta’s Real Estate (Sequentra) database, circa data points. Carol has developed a new onboarding/off boarding tool with staff analytics and dashboards for the Leadership team, a standard account induction process, and created new RFP and Project submission templates to improve quality.Carol has 22 years of working within the FM/Projects and Consultancy organisations. During her time with CBRE, she has 7 years EMEA Business Solutions experience.

Carol is a global PIMO Lead, managing account transformation, governance, data analysis, reporting and contractual compliance, via Smartsheet and SharePoint technologies, and has been in this role for the past 8 years. As a PIMO she constantly seeks ways to deliver improvements to both customers and operational teams, with the priority being to always provide process simplification, concise reporting and data insight.
