I am a business leader focused on adding value for a product about which I am passionate. I accomplish this by assembling, directing, and motivating a highly cohesive group of energetic, creative, diverse professionals and fostering a collaborative, communicative environment.My experience includes a broad collection of areas across the business including sales, finance, strategy, revenue optimization, investor relations and operations. I have worked both a public S&P 500 environment as well as a start-up under private equity ownership. The guests I served were primarily from Pan-Anglo, European, and Latin American countries and the team members I led totaled over hailing from over 40 different nationalities. The operations I ran spanned over 80 countries and 400+ destinations.Alongside value creation in business, it is important to contribute to the local community. I am currently Vice Chair for the board of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, part of a global educational organization which forms confident women of courage and purpose. I also support the Children’s Bereavement Center which ensures people who have suffered loss do not grieve alone. Previously I had the privilege of serving on the board of Amigos for Kids, an organization dedicated to preventing child abuse, and Dress for Success, an organization that empowers underserved women, men and veterans in their search for employment.
