About Carol Britton

I lead organizations to improved client experience and profitability by utilizing my expertise in data analytics, lean/six sigma, outsourcing/supply partnership and team building. I am an inspirational leader who can take complex ideas and translate them into simple actions. These actions are then implemented by bringing together collaborative, cross-functional teams that can optimize results. With over 30 years of industry experience ranging from financial services to higher education, I am able to quickly take complex information and distill it into an efficient and effective plan of action. My most current roles were an adjunct faculty member at Eastern Kentucky University, where I taught Management 300; Divisional Director at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate service and investment firm and Chief Operating Officer – Corporate Services at the Bank of New York Mellon, a global investment company. I currently serve on the University of Pittsburgh Advisory Board for The Center for Supply Chain Management and the Sourcing Executive Council for HFS Research. Prior board roles include TruSight, LLC; Treasurer of the Women’s Bond Club; Vice Chair of the Michigan Parkinson’s Foundation and Board Member of Leading Edge Institute. Personally, I am an avid runner with a goal to run a half marathon in each of the 50 States.
