ABOUT CAROL BENNY

I am a Food Safety Postgraduate Student at Lambton College, pursuing my PG Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Assurance Management. I have a strong academic background in food science and quality control, with a Bachelor\'s degree from Mahatma Gandhi University and multiple certifications from FSSAI and Coursera. Currently, I am working as a Quality Assurance Intern at Unilever, where I apply my skills and knowledge in chemical analysis, and attention to detail. I also have six months of experience as a Research and Development Coordinator at Ajmi Foods, where I supported the launch of new products by collaborating with various departments and implementing quality and food safety management policies. Additionally, I have developed my supervisory, communication, and customer service skills through my part-time roles. I am passionate about enhancing my understanding and practice of food science and technology, and contributing to the food industry. I am eager to connect with professionals in this field to learn from their experiences and to explore potential opportunities.
