About Carol Aguirre

Hey there! My name is Carol Aguirre, St. Edward’s University alumni with a major in International Business. Self-motivated and inspired by international relations, mainly from all the awesome interpersonal connections that come along with it. What I value most is hard work, trust, and the ability to create easygoing environments. I am a Business Development Representative at Sherwin Williams, where I actively communicate with existing clients to generate leads for sales representatives. Previous to this role, I took part in their Management & Sales Training Program. Where I learned how to reach sales excellence, execute financial reporting, and developed my general client strategies.In school, I had the opportunity of being St. Edward\'s Women\'s Lacrosse Board President. I directed all the behind-the-scenes details from finances, team management, outreach, and communications. In addition, during my time at Fabletics, I gained retail and merchandise management experience. Have interned at Hilltopper Juntos where I played the role of dialogue facilitator to build community among students at St. Edward\'s. I also have experience in platform development, outreach enhancement, media analytics, and social media profile refining/building from working with valuable companies like Thinkery Children\'s Museum and most recently Nimamex where I currently direct social media outreach and marketing strategies.
