Reporting to the Founder + CEO my role is to act as a Project Manager to prioritize and support cross divisional projects and tasks based on business needs and effectively communicate them with the Founder + CEO staying in lock step with him at all times. My job is also to anticipate and prepare for the Founder\'s daily tasks and to anticipate and mitigate any potential challenges with his tasks and schedule- Manage the Founder + CEOs email inbox and coordinate his deadline driven schedule- Manage post meeting follow ups and project manage from start to finish wrangling additional stakeholders to ensure action items are completed within their deadlines- Leverage AI/technology to dig in on process improvement and provide solutions + guidance for efficiency- Book and coordinate all travel arrangements (business and personal)- Oversee internal and external client support with project management and communications - Facilities management - Own ad hoc strategic and/or special projects that are urgent and important
