As AGC, Head of Privacy at Juniper Networks and Co-led the Legal AI Governance Body, I bring over 15 years of global technology legal experience driving legal strategy at the intersection of product counseling, privacy, data driven legal and AI governance counseling. I specialize in turning legal ambiguity into clarity so that it is easy for business teams to understand and implement the regulations and guidelines. I also have expertise negotiating SaaS, technology contracts, data protection agreements and go-to-market sales agreements.I advise stakeholders across Product teams, Engineering, IT/Cybersecurity, HR, Marketing, Sales/GTM and Procurement. I have expertise in translating complex regulations like GDPR, U.S. state privacy laws, and global AI regulations like the EU AI Act into clear, actionable frameworks that enable innovation and reduce risk for the business.As co-head of Juniper’s Legal AI Governance Body, I helped build a centralized and scalable governance structure aligned with global AI laws—including the EU AI Act and emerging U.S. and global frameworks. I co-created Juniper’s AI Usage Guidelines, AI Policy, risk assessment templates, and company-wide AI literacy training to ensure responsible, explainable, and compliant AI development. In recognition of this work, I was honored with the 2025 CEO Excellence Award by Juniper Networks for my enterprise-wide impact on ethical AI adoption.I’m certified by the IAPP as a Fellow in Privacy, AI Governance Certified, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM. Licensed to practice law in the U.S, U.K, and Singapore and Registered In-House counsel in California.
