My father was a mechanical engineer. And from the moment I was old enough to understand what a mechanical engineer did; I was positive I was going to be one. I even went through two years of M.E. courses at University of Wisconsin-Madison before making a change to digital marketing when I realized that as an adult I had different interests and dreams than my teenage self. But then I discovered I could take the practices that drew me into engineering: analysis, problem solving, design, and testing- and apply them to marketing.
