ABOUT CARMINE RUSSO

Hi, I am Carmine, a millennial graduated in Business Management and interested in Mobile technology, Social Innovation and in Emerging Economies. I am a good mediator and a natural problem solver with a goal oriented approach. An entrepreneurial mindset allows me to be holistic, independent and intuitive while a strong curiosity help me to be creative and innovative. My dream is to start and run a business project from scratch. Work history: I have naturally gravitated towards the digital sector studying the Mobile Technology in East Africa and collaborating with African Startups during my stay in Kenya. Back to Italy, I have worked for a company in the Packaging industry to launch a new business unit based on an Ecommerce platform and after that I have managed the organization of a temporary campus in a big Italian cinema event. I have attended the third edition of Apple Academy in Italy where I have improved my knowledge on the App Economy, UX-UI Design, Software Development. This last experience allow me to start my career in Unicredit Bank where I was part as Project Manager of the ICT initiatives related to the Payments Transformation office. After three years in this role I decided to do a job rotation in Real Estate area where currently I am enrolled as Project Manager for Real Estate initiatives related to the Bank transformation.
