From October 1997 - February was a network engineer that worked directly with customers with deploying WAN switching solutions globally. During this time, worked closely with several teams within Cisco such as Product Sales, Business Units and Technical Support teams.Starting in February to present, became the Services Delivery Manager managing teams consisting of Program Managers, Project Managers, Solutions Architects and Network Consulting Engineers who engages with various customers to help integrate several different solutions into the customer\'s environment. These solutions traverse across many different technology categories within Cisco. As a Service Delivery Manager, I am responsible in managing services business across two Operations in the North East that consists of up to 40 - 50 large Enterprise customers and approximately $35M -$45M in services revenue.
