I am a results-driven clinical research and project management professional with a strong foundation in risk assessment, analytics, and operational strategy. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Research and am currently pursuing my Master’s of Management in Risk and Analytics at NC State University to deepen my expertise in data-driven decision-making and enterprise risk management.Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional initiatives, supported decentralized clinical trial operations, and partnered with technical and data teams to implement scalable solutions. My experience spans project coordination, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and risk mitigation—always with a focus on quality, compliance, and measurable outcomes.As a former Clinical Research Equity Scholar, I am especially passionate about advancing health equity and strengthening representation within the clinical research workforce.
