What does a Chief Culture Officer do you ask? Basically I get to influence all the strategic initiatives that affect our talent and culture. I get to say yes (way more fun than saying no), make things happen and clear barriers so others can be seen for the incredibly unique people they are. I believe in the power of positive intent and delusional ambition as a driving force. I\'ve created every position I\'ve held over the last 33 years and believe others can too. Just focus on what you value, where you want to have impact and what brings you joy. Those sweet, sweet moments of joy. The last couple of years have been surreal in the best possible way. I can\'t wait to see what we accomplish next.
