Experimental Design of Drug X Manufacturing Risk: Designed and modeled experiments to investigate the root causes of unexplained precipitation in a drug manufacturing process, focusing on the roles of oxygen and diffusion, to better understand and mitigate production risks- Project X Global Platform: Developed a global, collaborative platform to standardize project workflows and align four international sites, improving efficiency and information sharing- Data Quality Hub for Department X Performance: Implemented a data quality hub to quantify 250 projects over 25 project managers, tracking metrics and department performance in real-time. Data quality hub was created using Looker Studio and linked to a Tableau dashboard, updating in real time.
