Responsible for print and long-form written communications produced within the Marketing department and for the mainstage, concert, and touring performances, as well as working with the Fundraising and Education departments on connected projects or print resources.Mainstage programmes- Approx 80 pages 3-4x per year - Commission, copy edit, and proofread 3-5 essays per programme- Write synopses and short pieces in-house- Conducting research with the creative team of the opera as well as Planning, Marketing, and Fundraising teams to ensure that all material published in the programme supports the production and the needs of the Company- Proofread all biographies, production listings, and staff listingsConcert programmes- Approx 32 pages 2-3x per year - Commission, copy edit, and proofread 1-2 essays per programme- Write synopses and short pieces in-house- Conducting research with the creative team of the opera as well as Planning, Marketing, and Fundraising teams to ensure that all material published in the programme supports the production and the needs of the Company- Proofread all biographies, production listings, and staff listingsSupporters\' magazine- 20-24 pages, 2x per year- All material produced in house, with the majority of research, interviews, and writing carried out by the Publications Editor
