One of my proudest accomplishments was establishing a partnership with a local women-owned supplier, created to meet a key client’s needs while promoting equity and inclusivity in our supply chain.I conducted in-depth market analysis to develop accessible, competitive pricing strategies for our bulk food service offerings. Alongside that, I built out marketing collateral and streamlined SOPs to improve operational efficiency and support sustainable, scalable growth.I’m especially passionate about cross-functional collaboration and purpose-driven partnerships.
