Passionate about championing the vital importance of user research. My academic background (PhD in sociolinguistics) helped me acquire valuable skills I am currently using, especially when conducting user research.I am used to working in a ‘multi-team’ agile environment, as the success of the projects I worked on always depended on tight collaboration with UX and visual designers, product managers, developers, SEO and SEM experts, content planners, account managers, etc.
