Involved major change management across all customer groups and levels of leadership, UAT testing, customization and end-to-end development with Shopify, Developer, and Integrator. • 3PL Movement Project: Moved Store Supplies program from 15-year vendor to new supplier to support growth in the business with the goal of better service, more flexibility, and lower cost. Highly compressed timeline required in-step timeline with Shopify eComm Platform. Total savings over 3-years =$3MM. • Store of the Future Store Supplies: Led procurement of 100+ SKU’s to support new store model launching in in August 2022 with 50 stores planned for the first year. Significant product development, vendor coordination, leadership approvals and budget report outs required.$2MM spend. • Supported Human Resources separation work to continue separation between VS & Co. and Bath & Body Works, Inc. including complex Payroll / Benefits / Leave areas of the business. Constant involvement with VS & Co. on legal to ensure terms and favorability for VS. Leadership over 75 contracts =$33MM in value. • Developed and implemented sourcing strategies to mitigate risk with impact to supply chain during global unrest, transit labor shortages, and transportation cost fluctuations • Managed all aspects of talent lifecycle for 27 direct and indirect direct reports (contractors, buyers, GM/Manager).
