   In the pasts few years, I have, and continue to, manage several projects remotely. These include being the IT Project Manager for the Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System,(T-MSIS), which includes working with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), and State employees to ensure State of Vermont compliance. I have also worked a project that was picked up from a Project Manager who left the State of Vermont to finish work to migrate data/reports data from one system to another (OnBase). This project was delivered on time and on budget in January 2022. Was the IT Project Manager for a project that was successfully delivered that involved authentication/single-sign-on for two applications within the State of Vermont as well as delivery of a pilot healthcare application. Led daily Scrums created and maintained project plan/schedule, contributed to documentation including the test plan; kept leadership informed of project status through regular updates.Managed Phase 1 for a project for healthcare customers to be determined if they can be renewed for benefits without having to be contacted for further information. Developed project plan/schedule; utilize Salesforce-developed project management tool to manage aspects of the project such as providing weekly status reports to leadership.
