Passionate Culture Builder and Trust Warrior and Author of Change and Growth As a seasoned communicator of Kingdom Concepts (expressed through Biblical Hebrew) dedicated to fostering thriving organizational cultures, I\'ve spent 25 years honing my skills as a Culture Builder and Trust Warrior, mostly in congregational settings, small group discipleship circles, and 1:1 training & equipping Mussar LIFE sessions. My mission is to create environments where individuals & team groups not only excel personally and professionally, but also find purpose and fulfillment in their work. As an author, I\'ve penned works that explore the dynamics of personal and organizational growth.
