I’m a Psychology major at The University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Statistics & Data Science and a certificate in Elements of Computing. My passion lies at the intersection of data and human behavior whether that’s through research, early intervention, or workplace development. I’ve worked directly with children with autism and other neurodiverse needs, gaining hands-on experience in behavior support, classroom dynamics, and social-emotional development. I’ve also explored data analytics and grant writing in nonprofit settings, where I’ve seen how impactful data-driven decisions can be for underrepresented communities.I’m currently seeking internship opportunities where I can grow as a data analyst, research assistant, or within People & Culture teams. Long term, I’m looking to pursue full-time roles in People & Culture or data analytics, where I can apply both my technical skills and people-first mindset.
