Candidate Experience: Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaboration: Working closely with our internal hiring managers to understand their needs and find the perfect fit for their teams. Onboarding process: I am responsible for managing the onboarding process for new starters joining the company and their documentation. We are fair, legal and ethical in our resource planning and recruitment procedures, with specific regard to actively promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
