ABOUT CARMEN ROLLAND

I help people and organizations grow with clarity, compassion, and confidence - whether that’s scaling a global platform, creating neuroinclusive workplaces, or coaching high-achieving ADHD professionals to thrive.Over a decade in global corporate roles taught me that success isn’t just about great systems, it’s about the people those systems serve. I’ve worked at the intersection of digital transformation, human-centred leadership, and inclusion, delivering measurable change while staying focused on the individuals impacted by it.As someone with ADHD, I’ve experienced both the brilliance and burnout of a fast-moving brain. My diagnosis and self-exploration helped me stop working against myself and start building with intention. That shift led me from operations to HR, internal coaching, and ultimately founding Mindful Growth, my coaching and training practice focused on helping professionals with ADHD reclaim their energy, focus, and self-trust.At DHL, I combine product management, internal coaching, and global ERG leadership. I founded and I lead our Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group, now 250+ members strong, with awareness initiatives reaching hundreds of employees in 50+ countries. I bridge lived experience with organizational change to make workplaces work for every brain.Through coaching, consulting, and education, I support- High-achieving professionals with ADHD who want focus without burnout- Leaders and entrepreneurs building neuroinclusive cultures- HR & DEI teams embedding sustainable, science-based changeMy work spans boardrooms, classrooms, and global conference stages, but the goal stays the same: create environments where people and performance can thrive together.
