I am responsible for the effective and strategic management of Employee Recognition programs nationally, including cost and usage tracking, data collection, and creating annual reports and presentations to drive engagement and highlight success. Additionally, I support key HR functions such as employment verification, termination letters, managing HR communication systems, and contributing to DEI, wellness, and immigration committees.Key successes:• Coordinating and distributing 300+ recognition rewards monthly via email and the Guusto recognition platform.• Facilitating employee relations and attendance management workshops for managerial groups of 20+ participants, both virtually and in person.• Leading virtual monthly employee benefits information sessions for 60+ participants.
