Source and propose new, capable and competitive suppliers for management consideration.•Pre-qualify suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and qualifications.•Prepare Bidder Lists, prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Purchasing (RFPs).•Receive and evaluate bids, negotiate prices and contractual Terms and Conditions.•Liaise between bidders and engineering to support the technical evaluation.•Prepare and award Purchase Orders and Change Orders.•Monitor if contractual obligations are met by suppliers, and any deviations are promptly reported to engineering and project management.•Implement and maintain procurement procedures, hence ensure compliance of all procurement activities;•Assist Accounts Payable on invoice approvals.•Prepare and maintain purchasing documents and alignment with project schedules and procedures.•Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, clients, and project team.•Implement the purchase order close-out procedures according to project purchasing instructions.
