Having started my early career in insulation distribution working my way up from admin through to sales, external sales and then finally my niche, providing customer service and technical support to sub-contractors, main contractors, regional and national house builders. After taking a change in career path to experience the manufacturing sector at Knauf Insulation, I spent 2 enjoyable years as Project Specification Manager concentrating mainly on Rainscreen Cladding and large commercial projects. However, my heart was still in distribution and I have embraced the opportunity to join the Galaxy Technical Services team working alongside a number of previous colleagues and allowing me to open the door to being able to provide the customer with product specification from floors, walls to roof, innovative solutions and full SAP calculations.
