The young Carmen told her Mother many years ago that I would see the world and WOW! At that young age, I defintely didn\'t understand manifestation of words, but now I do (thank goodness). I love the world, the people and cultures in it and I\'m grateful for the adventures I\'ve had personally and professionally. I have a fire and excitement for life and every professional and personal experience, and yes even the setbacks have helped me to strive to be the best in everything I do. My hands-on, let\'s win attitude have taken me to places and provided experiences, knowledge and project successes that some only wish to have. I can be a bit of a perfectionist and will not stop until the requirements and details are defined and an excellent output is delivered to both the internal and external stakeholders. That\'s where my value resides! I also refer to myself as a people builder because I recognize that we are only as good as the people and teams we help to grow.
