I am an international development professional with 20+ years of experience managing and delivering complex global health, health systems strengthening, and development programs across Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. My work has spanned over 25 countries, partnering directly with governments, multilateral development banks, and global organizations to design and implement high-profile investments in health sector reform, health financing, public financial management (PFM), and results-based financing. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles within the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), where I served in the Senior Executive Service of the United States Government leading country engagement and investment programming. I have also led and contributed to analytical work in health systems, financing, and public health, with a focus on strengthening institutions and improving outcomes. I hold advanced degrees in public health and economic development, and am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with advanced proficiency in French.
