   Follow through with the bill run every month by a certain date includes-Make sure credits are in by this time -Make sure invoice details are in the system for invoice display to the customer -Work with accounting system to load, generate and print invoices for customers monthly -Prepare a closing packet for review and signature to manager and upper management Monthly tasks include-Reconciling certain accounts to make sure cash flow is tied out (example - refund to customer account and all cash application account)-approved by manager and upper manager -Create journal entries monthly (example-notes receivable and amortization)-approved by manager -Writing off bad debt, tax and collateral when needed (work closely with credit and collections)- signed off by managers -Create manual credits for customers when needed - signed by co worker -Send out special handling invoices to certain customers (example-upload invoice to a portal or stamp and sign invoice for delivery)-Put credit information into a monthly variance report to make sure they tie out (reviewed and signed by co-worker) Daily tasks include-Receiving, annotating and applying cash (checks and ACH) from customers -Working with billing issues, customers and billing operations (example-changing date on an invoice, updating e-billing e-mail address for customer, creating or deactivating an account in the system)-Monitoring cash requests like applications and write offs
