Currently, I serve as an HR Generalist at STATS Group Canada, where I lead end-to-end HR processes—from recruiting and onboarding to benefits administration and policy implementation. Previously, I led high-impact hiring programs at SkyWest Airlines, overseeing large teams and nationwide recruitment campaigns that consistently met and exceeded workforce goals.
