ABOUT CARMEN AURORA ADANAQUE INFANTE

I am a management engineer with a master\'s degree from Politecnico di Milano and a chemical engineering background from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria. I have over eight years of experience in the mining and metallurgical sector, specializing in sales and operation planning (S & OP), production planning and control, and logistics operations.As the S & OP Specialist at Nexa Resources, I was responsible for managing the supply and demand of zinc and coproducts across the entire supply chain, from production to sales, and coordinating with offices in Luxembourg, USA and Brazil. I also organized and participated in S & OP meetings and reports, reconciled inventory, and created sales orders. I contributed to the optimization of the production processes, the improvement of the customer satisfaction, and the achievement of the corporate goals. I have also acquired skills in Power BI, reinforcement learning, and leadership through various certifications and courses.
