Experienced Manager specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development and General Management of Operations and Business Unit, with an international Know-how developed in different sectors. I am currently the General Manager of an Italian company and MD of a second company; I am also responsible for the commercial development both in Italy and abroad, for the project management and the merger of industrial branches.
