Management Consultant currently providing services to a range of fantastic organisations such as DFN Project SEARCH - the biggest transition to work programme for people with learning disabilities and autism in the world! NDTI, a national charity who have been successfully championing inclusion for many years in a range of sectors and The Real World Group who are an outstanding leadership development organisations supporting organisations to become the best they can be through effective leadership practice.Additionally I am a Non Executive Director of the Pathways Community Trust and a Non Executive Director at Values into Action Scotland. I have very significant experience in HR, OD and senior management roles in the Public Sector too (Formerly the Deputy Chief Executive of Blackpool Council). I have worked in the private sector in HR Director roles. I love innovation, change and supporting people to develop their skills, committed to achieving goals and targets and operating at a policy and strategic level.Specialties: Inclusion, Diversity and Equality, Organisation Development, Transformational Change, Communications, Policy Development, Engagement, Recruitment. A passion to promote the employment of people who are furthest from the jobs market -in particular people with autism and learning disabilities who are hugely disadvantaged and an incredible untapped talent pool. I enjoy public speaking and have lots of experience of doing that at national conferences on a range of topics
