Manage content deliveries across 20 different worldwide partners and platforms, including Amazon, YouTube and Apple, against industry standards and local partner specifications• Ensure all metadata and assets are up to specs• Support the Ops Manager to pro-actively grow relationships, ensuring all content is delivered to all partners and monitoring content ingestion processes, as well as managing and leading projects.• Quality Checks across all partner platforms.• Prioritise multiple tasks• Work cross-functionally with a range of teams including Design, Content, Product, Licensing and others.• Support the team and/or stakeholders with ad-hoc requirements• Improve processes and workflows to handle requests and content delivery better• Troubleshoot ingestion and operation related issues and find solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.• Support the wider Content Ops team on ad-hoc requests and important new business and platform/product launches.
