I am leading a 42 people team which contains 5 managers and 37 engineers. Our team is the core infra team which does service management for millions of machines in Microsoft. Azure/Bing/Exchange/Xbox and other core business are running on these millions of machines. Our service\'s quality directly impacts Microsoft\'s core business. We supported the service bootstrap/upgrade workflow for both windows and Linux. We built the peer-to-peer data platform to improve the data distribution efficiency. We leveraged the container technology to reduce the control plane cost and also improve the data plane deployment velocity. We also keep improving the pre-qualification and data analysis pipeline to help prevent and detect issues. Our team run 7*24 on-call to support all our customers.
