In 1986 I opened Carlyn Berghoff Catering. In 2007, after my parents closed the Berghoff Restaurant, I bought the assets and moved my company to the location. In 2008 the company was renamed the Berghoff Catering & Restaurant Group. I oversaw all aspects of the company - developing business plans, creating sales strategies, generating new ideas and trends, operating full-service restaurant, cafe, bar, and catering company.
