As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Arrive Logistics, I lead the TA function for all of our business units and office locations. This includes working as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and business leaders, as well as managing a team of both corporate and high-volume sales recruiters to ensure the successful placement of every hire at Arrive.Arrive Logistics is the fastest organically growing freight brokerage in the nation, and we are continuing to grow tremendously. We have experienced exponential growth in both size and revenue yearly since our founding in 2014, and with our headquarters in Austin, TX, we have now grown to 8 office locations across the US, Canada and Mexico.
