I am a Corporate Attorney with over 15 years’ legal experience working with global organizations. My early career focused on employment law where I served as lead counsel for highly complex litigation matters, including claims under Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, unemployment benefits appeals and state law actions. Most recently my career has focused on contractual law for a comprehensive waste and environmental services company operating in North America. I serve as Senior Legal Counsel in advising executive leadership and sales personnel in support of multiple market areas. With an MBA degree, I offer a broader insight into operational systems, financial administration and risk management. I am able to manage a high-volume workload and establish viable relationships with cross-functional groups, vendors/suppliers and internal/external stakeholders to achieve equitable terms that best serve the interests of my employer. My diversity and exposure to a wide range of business scenarios give me an edge in negotiating and finalizing contractual needs for both new and existing business.
