The Compliance Operations Manager is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and maintaining all compliance-related data. This position oversees the development, implementation, monitoring, and administration of processes, procedures, databases, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements, Board of Trustee policies, and ethical standards throughout the organization. This position works closely with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Senior Director to help define mechanisms for governance, build and maintain centralized storage of policies and administrative procedures, manage service requests, and develop other systems or programs related to governance, risk, and compliance.
