I currently work for FirstService Residential (which i have been a part of since 2008 - with a little break in 2018). I absolutely love management, as well as building my team and properties. I am managing and working together with my team in the high-rise division in Highland Beach and truly enjoy leading (and working together with) my team and residents to success. FirstService Residential has taught me our values are very important (Aim High, Build Great Relationships, Be Genuinely Helpful, Do What\'s Right, Improve It, and Own It) and I make sure to strive to deliver them each and every day.
