In my work at Labcorp, I offer insight from an operational and business development perspective to bridge gaps, manage issues and streamline processes across Enterprise Specialty Services, esoteric businesses and their companion departments. I work closely with teams across the country to understand their unique needs and develop plans to improve client engagement, remove operational hurdles and drive business. As part of my work on the front lines of innovation, I’ve worked closely with our esoteric businesses, engaging with large and small pharmaceutical operations to realize the potential of specialty operations. My diverse experience, which spans across operations, sales, laboratory science and drug development, means I’m at my best when I understand all the moving parts of an operation and can make use of my background to leverage the power of my teams.
