Prepare production drawings of all demolition, new construction, furniture plans, details, and elevations. Support team design lead with the design, selection, and specification of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. Develop conceptual, scaled 3D renderings, rendered elevations and floor plans to communicate design to executive team and contractors. Assist in creating all presentation materials for executive team and hotel franchise brand review. Research and develop new design elements for multiple brands of hotels including Marriot, Hilton, IHG, etc. Assist design team in completing brand submittals, design specifications, graphic presentations and drafting.
