ABOUT CARLY TALBOT
I am a commercial transformation lead with a passion for food and nutrition. I am responsible for developing marketing capability, and continuous improvement of commercial processes including planning and innovation governance here at Nomad Foods. I\'m known for bringing structure and simplicity to complex ideas and projects; and creatively \'unsticking\' problem areas with senior leaders and matrixed teams.Prior to this I have 10 years of experience in portfolio management in the marketing services industry; along with a further 8 years of working with Fortune 500 products companies to transform and develop commercial capabilities and ways of working as a management consultant. Alongside my professional commitments, I volunteer as a Chair of Governors for a maintained school.
