   I opened my law practice, Law Office of Carly E. Farrell, LLC, in January 2010. Since then, the firm name has changed from Boothe Law, LLC in 2012 to Boothe Law & Mediation, LLC in 2014 and finally to Boothe Walsh Law & Mediation, LLC in 2017.My practice areas include family law and guardianship matters.I offer professional mediation services for the state of Kansas. Mediation is appropriate for most - but not all - families. If it is appropriate for your family, it will save you a ton of time, money, and emotional energy - and start the co-parenting process off on the right foundation. Mediation provides greater control over the outcome of your case. Unlike litigation wherein the judge makes the final decisions, mediation encourages both parties to voluntarily work toward a mutually beneficial agreement. This allows for more creative solutions tailored to your unique needs and goals.In addition to the above, I also serve in the roles of court-appointed Case Manager, Parent Coordinator, and Guardian ad Litem.Because I so fervently believe in the efficacy of the mediation process, I rarely litigate family law matters, but occasionally I dust off my suit and go to battle.
