I’m Carly Ayres, a writer and designer whose work lives at the intersection of brand, technology, and culture. Most recently, I served as Program Director at AIR, backing early-stage teams building design-led, culturally intelligent AI products. My background spans editorial, community, and product at places like Figma, Google, and CreativeMornings, as well as co-founding HAWRAF, a creative studio built on transparency and experimentation.At AIR, I partnered with founders shaping new interfaces, behaviors, and ways of working—helping them articulate their vision, stress-test ideas, and tell stories that resonate with users, investors, and future collaborators. I’m drawn to projects that don’t fit neatly into a category but make people feel something.
