About Carly Pearce Ed. D

With a doctorate in leadership and a United Soccer Coaches Premier Coaching License, I bring nearly 20 years of experience in coaching, teaching, sport leadership, and administration. Currently, I coach youth soccer while serving as an online instructor in the M.A. Coaching and Sport Leadership program at Randolph College. I also guide online students through their practicum experiences, bridging theory with real-world application. My background includes collegiate coaching, recruiting, marketing, sales, and administration, with a track record of building successful teams, on and off the field. Passionate about mentorship and growth, I strive to empower the next generation of athletes, coaches, and sport leaders.
